The use of the Southampton Farmers’ Market is restricted to those who are bona-fide growers, producers of homemade products, local artisans or other vendors approved by the Board of Directors.

What products would you like to sell at the market? Provide a full description please. We need to know if you are offering something new to the market. If a product is already being provided, a BOD decision will be made as to the acceptance of your application.

Where is the product you are selling grown, caught, or produced? Items bought from the outside and resold are extremely limited (25% or ¼ of the visible display) and must be approved before being sold and clearly labeled as to origin.
Can your product be found for sale at any local business? If yes, please tell us where.

I understand I am solely responsible for my property and persons at all times at the Southampton

Farmers’ Market located on the east side grounds of the Southampton Center, 25 Jobs Lane, Southampton;

Sundays from May 29 through October 9, 2016 – 9:00 am – 2:00 pm; and (attendance optional) Saturday, September 24, 2016, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.

The Southampton Chamber of Commerce, Southampton Center, and Village of Southampton will not be held liable in the event of any damage, injury or theft during this event.

In order to retain consistency of the market, we have set up an attendance protocol which will be strictly enforced. See Rules & Regulations. Sign below to acknowledge receipt and acceptance of all Rules & Regulations.

ATTENDANCE PROTOCOL: Absences will not be permitted. We have developed a positive relationship with our community, due to the consistency and variety our market offers. Vendor absences have a negative impact not only on the market as a whole but on your fellow vendors. As a vendor you are a business and you should operate as such. To provide your customers with the consistency of knowing where to find you on a weekly basis and continuous supply of product, sellers must remain set up until market closing. Failure to comply will result in a revoked participation and there will be no refund of any portion of your fee.

Fee Schedule

  • Vendors (Chamber members): $375 membership + $300 = $15.00 per week
  • Vendors (Non-members): $1,000 = $50.00
  • Vendors (Southampton Village Members): $150 = $7.50
  • Land and Sea Farmers: $450 = $22.50
