Gardening organically since 1971 We have been gardening organically since 1971 and at this location since 1978. Our approach is beyond organic, using mulches and manure produced by our organically grown chickens.

Our chickens are a threatened species, Buckeyes, from "Urch" chicks. They are a dual purpose old timey breed that produces brown eggs and good size meat birds.

All products we use in conjunction with our gardens are OMRI approved, so although we are not certified, you can be assured of high quality uncontaminated produce.
